Tim's Fitness Center offers over 40 group fitness classes per week - and classes are always FREE with your membership. We offer a wide variety of classes to suit many interests and all fitness levels - and classes are held at convenient times throughout the day, 7 days a week.

Pilates - Tone and strengthen your body while increasing flexibility! Through controlled movements done on a mat, you'll sculpt your body and strengthen your core without adding muscle bulk.

Yoga - Enjoy overall health and well-being! Yoga includes everything from physical postures to premeditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

ZUMBA - Join the party! Have fun and burn tons of calories with this Latin-inspired dance fitness program that incorporates repetitive dance and aerobic movements.

Indoor Cycling - Hope on your stationary bike and get moving! Gain endurance and strength as you spin with your class to some high-intensity music (and burn over 500 calories.)


Body Vive - This is a low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. There are inspirational instructors and music to motivate you. Best of all, you're left fizzing with energy, so you can really take life on!


Body Flow - The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


Combat - An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


Body Pump - The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.


Body Step - The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
